ASSEMBLY STATION

Kali SRP offers Extassy, an assembly system for assembly of electronic mosquito destroyer machines. This is built with three robotic pick and place system, an aligner unit, a crimp tester unit and an unloading unit. The assembly operation involves assembly of four part, viz, a top cover, a bottom cover, PTC assembly, and a pin bridge. The assembly operation calls for critical operations like lead straightening of PTC leads which are flimsy and inserting a pin bridge, with leads entering into small tubes of the pin bridge, crimping the PTC leads to the pin bridge to the PTC leads, and inspection for proper crimping. This microprocessor-based system is completely fail proof with auto diagnosis system with error indications in case of any malfunctioning. This highly reliable assembly station can assemble approximately 40,000 components/day.
