Air Spring Die Cushions

Resistoflex offers Air Spring Die Cushions. These are more versatile and a superior substitute for the conventional metal springs, rubber pads or cylinder-piston die cushions. With this cushion, better and consistent quality parts are ensured as constant cushion force is maintained at all times since there is no air pressure leakage. By simply regulating air pressure, cushion force and flexibility is easily adjusted to suit requirements. These cushions absorb shocks of repeated impacts far more efficiently - they last longer. There are no seals to leak or wear out - hardly any compressed air consumption - air spring is virtually a sealed unit. These are more convenient to install or retrofit. These cushions are available with one, two and three air springs with single and double (or triple convolution) in a range of cushion force and stroke capacities customised to any particular press needs.
