Aerosol Can Assembly Lines

Swami Samarth Consultants undertake turnkey assembly line projects for aerosol can assembly. The company has developed these machines, which are pneumatically operated and controlled. The machines are designed for handling aerosol products that require flammable hydrocarbon or non-flammable liquefied aerosol propellants or carbon dioxide propellants. These machines can handle all sizes of cans for 1-inch valve size. The assembly line consists of liquid concentrate filling pumps, valve placing, valve crimper, gas charging machine, leak testing baths, etc, all connected together by slat conveyers and special transfer mechanism. The line is fully automatic and controlled by PLC. All machines in the assembly line are also available as individual machines for semi-automatic operations.
