The systems is capable of marking Linear, Angular, Circular, Inverted, Mirrored text. Date codes, Serial numbers, Lot numbers, Shift codes, PLT logos can be marked. Datamatrix barcode marking possible, Marking speed of 3 characters/ seconds. Software for Basic systems is Most user-friendly GUI in the industry, 5 different marking fonts are available with facility to mark windows TTF fonts, Character height from 0.5mm to 99mm, Facility to directly take data from CSV file and marking, False origin for high speed marking, Very easy to operate; any worker can easily operate and Common software for all marking machines. Cobol Systems: Standalone Pin marking machine for marking on metal & hard plastics components. Computer independent machine, just plug in the power, key board & air supply to start doing marking. Marks 4 standard marking fonts, most used in industry. Data codes, Shift codes, serial incrementing numbers, lot numbers etc. can be marked. Stores 40 blocks with 15 design groups. Stores 4 PLT files in the machine. Uses Standard 20 Characters x 4 line LCD display.
