ACH Contactor

Magnum Switchgear offers Arun brand ACH Contactor, a large relay, usually used to switch on/off current to an electric motor or any other high-power load. Its main purpose is to protect the high-power load (motor/pump) connected to it from over current damage. Functions: it allows load current switch to turn on or off high current equipments; and the contactors are electromechanical control switches used to control single or multi phase power load while the control itself can be low power.

Magnum Switchgear commenced operations in 2009 with contract manufacturing panels and contactors. During the year 2012 products were developed under the brand Magnum. The focus is on products like: control panels and starters for pumps and motors; sub assemblies like contactors, over load relays, capacitors and single phasing preventers; and spares like contactor – coils, magnets and spare kits, start and stop buttons, indicator lamps and panel meters (amps and volts).
