Machine House offers Wedge Mounts, Series PKA. Range of applications: These are used where a firm mounting with the machine is required. Preferably on machines with a high axial thrust such as die-casting machines, injection moulding machines, shock testing machines, and cold extrusion presses, etc. PKA 1 up to 4-0 (insulating plate B0) - lathes, horizontal drilling machines, surface and cylindrical grinders, machining centres; PKA 1 up to 4-4 (insulating plate B4) - milling and drilling machines, printing and packing machines; and PKA 1 up to 4-32 (insulating plate B32) - power presses, injection moulding, and other plastic machines. The company"s product range covers a wide range of applications from isolation of a forging hammer with isolating plate sets to air spring systems that protect highly sensitive machines in the semi-conductor industry.
