Machine House offers world class Vibration Isolation Insulation with technology from Bilz Vibration Technology, Germany. The high efficiency Bi-Air Membrane Air Springs help protect coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) from surrounding vibration. The level controller (mechanical pneumatics valves) will maintain a level accuracy of +/-1/100 mm automatically even while the loading may change. The membrane air spring insulator – Bi Air, has a wide range of applications in vibration sensitive measuring and testing machines, laser scales, optical, electronic as well as medical equipment. Another range of application is the vibration-insulated foundation of vehicle motor and other performance testers. Bi-Air is available in nine different sizes – 0.15 to 5 ED and load in the range of 65 kg/piece to 15500 kg/piece. It is not required to make an isolated foundation if Bi-Air membrane air springs are used for installation of CMMs.
