Resistoflex offers Vibration Isolation Of Heavy Machines, in technical collaboration with Christie & Grey. The company offers a wide range of steel springs and damper units for the support of heavy machines. Each system is individually analysed and designed to ensure that the correct stiffness and masses are provided to permit operation of the mounted equipment. Vertical natural frequency in the range of 1.4 to 3.0 Hz is attainable. Life of mounting system is greater than life of machinery. Applications include fans, blowers, boiler feed pumps, coal crushers, pulverisers, ball mills, diesel generating sets, turbo generating sets, forging hammers, heavy presses, centrifuges, etc. Resistoflex is ISO 9001 certified for the design, manufacture and marketing of vibration control systems.
