Tapping Attachment, Non-Reversible

Non-reversible tapping attachment, QSFL, from ‘RM’ of Mumbai has quick change tap adaptor system for quick change of taps and positive holding of taps. It has got safety clutch, which protects the taps from breakage while gets overload. It has got radial parallel float to compensate off set in axis of drilling and tapping set up. It has also got length compensation in compression and expansion. These attachments are available in two capacities, 3 to 12 mm (with MT-2 or MT-3 shank) and 8 to 20 mm (with MT-3, MT-4 or MT-5 shank). These tapping attachments can be used on vertical spindle like drill machine and horizontal spindle like lathe, etc. Separate adaptors are available extra off the self. Bigger sizes of tapping systems are also available against specific requirement.
