T Slotted Bed Plates

Poona Udyog offers T Slotted Bed Plates. These bed plates are available up to 3 meters in width and 4.8 metres in length. Both top and bottom of the bed plates are machined on plano millers, installed at works. Different sizes of T slots can be machined as per customer"s requirement. Slots for M12, 16 and 20 have sizes of 14, 18 and 22 mm, respectively. T sizes for the slots are 23, 30 and 47 mm with heights of 9, 12 and 16 mm, respectively. Special brazed carbide cutters are used for manufacturing the "T" slots.
