Slide way system, hard turc

Square Engineering Works have invented a unique "Hard Turc" slide way system. This consists of four sliding blocks, which slides on hardened and ground guideway strips. The sliding surface of "Hard Turc" slide block has got Turcite ? at the mating surface and it has got two jibs for clearance adjustment in each block, thus much finer adjustment is possible than regular slides. There is provision for lubrication. Because it is four "Hard Turc" slides block, the common problem of slide wearing out at the ends leaving centre portion belly will be totally avoided, thus giving more running time to slides. Each slide is self-contained. Advantages: easy and quick to build and thus saves lot of time and money; economically cheaper than conventional and linear recirculating guides; lesser preparation of Bottom and top plates of slides; standard sizes of guide rail and slide blocks are readily available; more rigid than linear motion recirculating slides; and equally as strong as conventional Turcite ? slides.
