Rotating Unions For The Laundry Equipment

A rotating union is a device that permits transfer of media such as water, steam, air, hot oil, hydraulic or coolant from a stationary source to a rotating component. Maco offers long-life, trouble-free unions from Deublin that can accommodate a broad range of temperatures, pressures, viscosities and speeds. The seals have a surface finish of 4 RMS and are microlapped to an optical flatness of better than 2 light bands or 0.000023" for dependable leak-proof operation. A range of rotating unions is available to meet the specific needs of the laundry industry. The extractor which squeezes the water out of the material after every rinsing cycle is operated by a large double acting air cylinder.
