Casting Spares For Horizontal Shaft Impactors (Hsi)

Ahmedabad Engineers has developed various Casting Spares for Horizontal Shaft Impactors, in sizes 1200 x 1200, 1000 x 1000, 800 x 800, 600 x 400 and 600 x 600. These are named as: impact blade, impact block, impact side liner plate, pulley, end boss, bearing housing, impact wall liner, seating block, lower wear plate, blow liners, etc. These spares are manufactured in wear- and impact-resistant materials like hi-chrome with hardness ranges from 450 BHN to 700 BHN. These liners are given a range of heat treatment cycles to get the desired microstructure, wear resistant properties and hardness. Other specification is impact resistant material, i.e., Mn steel having 10 to 14% manganese with other elements. The company has a steel foundry, mainly manufacturing high chrome, austenitic manganese steel, Ni-hard, carbon steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel, stainless, heat resistant steel, etc. It is equipped with modern medium frequency induction melting furnace, with the capacity of up to 1000 kg single piece castings. Other facilities include heat treatment, shot blasting, machine shop with latest machinery to meet engineering demand, flame hardening, gear cutting/teeth cutting, balancing and all non destructive testing facilities like; x-ray, ultrasonic tests, etc. The company is regularly manufacturing these spares for OEM, quarries, etc.
