Ravik Engineers Pvt Ltd offers a Laser Cutting Line for Tubes and Profiles, Model SLT-150, from SOCO Machinery, Taiwan. The SLT-150 is a complete automation cell comprising: automatic tube bundle loading, automatic feeding and rotation, automatic material alignment, laser cutting and unloading.
Tube laser processes include:
- Straight cutting/blanking
- Angle cutting
- Hole making
- Slotting
- Notching
- Drilling
Laser Cutting Line for Tubes & Profiles are suitable for round tubes; square and rectangular tubes; oval tubes; L-shaped and C-shaped profiles; and MS, stainless, titanium, copper and aluminum materials.
- Capacity up to OD 152 mm
- Cutting lengths up to 2000 mm or 3000 mm (longer lengths by request)
- Wall thickness up to 6.4 mm (MS)
- Automatic tube bundle loading system with material alignment automatic unloading system with conveyor equipped with 2.0 kW (standard) or 2.5 kW (optional) laser resonator
- Multi-axis CNC controls with touch screen interface
- SOCO CAD-CAM system for tubes and profiles with built-in nesting
- SOCO i2 (intelligent interface) 3D operation software
