Ravik Engineers offers vertical sliding head circular cold sawing machines, Model HVS-375AC/HVS-400AC. Functions: best for cutting heavy wall tubes, solid bars, or any special shapes of material of carbon steel or stainless steel; able to perform precision angle cutting, 90~30 degree cutting on the left, 90~45 degree cutting on the right; and able to perform 180 degree slotting with an optional clamping vise. Features: vertical moving saw head insures stable and precise cutting; backlash eliminating device prolongs saw blade life; rigid and reliable clamping vise provides secure material holding; auto lubricating system maintains good work condition; circulating cooling system produces smooth cutting surface; saw blade protection device for safe cutting; and build-in chip tray for convenient cleaning. Standard accessories: basic machine body, hydraulic system, one set of adjustable simple length gauge and stopper, one set of clamping jaw, hand tools and a toolbox. Optional accessories: RTI – roller type material input stand; RTO+MS – roller type material output stand and adjustable length gauge and stopper.
