UV Germicidal Lamps

Arklite Speciality Lamps offers a series of UV germicidal lamps made of quartz glass for air and water sterilization. Germicidal effectiveness curve of UV radiation peaks at 265 nm, which is very close to 253.7 nm, the radiation emitted by a low pressure mercury discharge lamp. This radiation is very effective in killing micro organisms such as airborne, water borne and surface bacteria, viruses, yeast and moulds, algae and protozoa. Arklite range of UV lamps includes 8 W to 79 W lamps in lengths from 150 mm to 1630 mm. UV quartz glass lamps are available in ozone generating and ozone free varieties Lamps can be supplied in various end connections to suit customers requirements like one pin at each end, two pins or wires at both ends, 4 pins at one end, or two wire at one end.
