HBL Power Systems offers Miners’ Cap Lamp Powered with low maintenance 4 Volts – 16 Ah tubular lead acid battery.

Compact “EX” miners’ cap lamp combines the latest in lead acid battery technology with proven lamp assembly technology to provide an ideal, durable and safe lighting source for underground use. The many design features and innovations make this cap lamp user friendly and high value for money. The battery is spill proof, robust, stable, tough and totally transparent. The battery has an ergonomic design for increased comfort while in use, without the hindrance of integral belt loops. Low gassing lead alloy positives’ employed in the battery ensures low corrosion and long life.

Transparent top cover ensures proper electrical connections and compliance with safety norms. Large headpiece with vacuum deposited reflector and pre focused bulb gives a better beam and brighter spot of light. The cap lamp is well designed for safety from misuse and electrical shorts. The cap lamp can be charged in any charging rack with a facility to charge through the headpiece @ 5.1 constant voltage.
