Surface Treatment with Inox-Kit

Suhner, a competent partner with 100 years of experience in the surface treatment of stainless steel, offers Inox-Kit. Maintenance work often proves difficult on contaminated stainless steel because of lack of space or other reasons. The new Suhner Inox-Kit makes all contaminations on stainless steel child’s play to remove by hand. Even aggressive deposits and flash rust have no chance against the new cleaning and care agent for stainless steel.

The company recommends two steps for effective surface treatment:

• Use the deep cleaner Sun-Clean to remove all kinds of rust and deposits from the pores. It is not a pickling agent and does not damage the oxide film on the metal. The agent is gentle on metal, but merciless to dirt and oxides! Sun-Clean is 100% organic and so does not pose any risks to health or the environment
• Use Sun-Protect to protect metal from corrosion and contamination. This neutral and mild cleaning agent can wash away all residue. The agent forms a protective film of nano particles and so promotes the exchange of oxygen needed to build up an oxide layer

The regular use of Sun-Protect effectively eliminates corrosion even under the action of aggressive ambient air. Also new to the range is the polishing agent Sun-Polish, available separately. This metal polish was developed specifically for cleaning matt surfaces and is gentle on both the material and the skin. Sun-Polish lets users bring the lustre back to metal, quickly and easily. Suitable for stainless steel, nickel, copper, bronze, chromium, and aluminium, all of these new cleaning products are NSF certified. This means that they may also be used to clean machines for the production of food and pharmaceuticals.
