Blocked Polysocyanate (Solid Form)

Miicron Wires and Polymers Private Limited offers Ultra AX Stable Blocked Polysocyanate. It is a Phenol blocked Polyisocyanate supplied in a solvent-free solid form. It is soluble in solvents like esters, ketones, glycol ether acetate, phenol, cresol, etc, and insoluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, like xylene, solvent naphtha, etc. In combination with saturated Polyester Polyol, Ultra AX Stable can be used to formulate wire enamel coatings with improved solderability and also in other polyurethane varnish formulations. It is supplied as lumps packed in 25 kg Paper laminated HDPE woven fabric bags. The packing must be stored in the original sealed condition away from direct sunlight and rain. It is a toxic solid in the supplied form. All general precautions required for toxic materials must be taken during handling the material. Personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, and face masks should be used. Powder form material should not be inhaled.
