Blocked Polysocyanate (Solution-Liquid Form)

Miicron Wires and Polymers Private Limited offers Ultra CX Stable-40 Blocked Polysocyanate in a liquid form for coating formulations. It is a Phenol Blocked Polyisocyanate supplied as solution in phenol and solvent naphtha solvents. It can be further diluted using solvents like esters, ketones, glycol ether acetate, phenol, cresol, etc, but is insoluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents like xylene, solvent naphtha, etc. In combination with saturated Polyester Polyol, Ultra CX Stable-40 can be used to formulate wire enamel coatings having good thermal stability and also used in other polyurethane coating formulations. It is supplied in 200 kg in MS drums. The drums must be stored in original sealed condition away from direct sunlight and rain. As it is a corrosive and flammable liquid, all general precautions required for corrosive and flammable liquid materials should be taken during storage and handling. Personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, and face mask should be used.
