Magnetic Level Gauge

Cristal Instruments offer ‘CRISTAL’ brand Magnetic Level Indicator (gauge) / By-Pass level Indicator is clear and easily viewed indication of the liquid level. This is a remote visual indicator and is usually mounted externally of a tank in custom configuration. A magnet float housed inside a tube ( chamber ) follows the liquid level rise and falls in the main tank. The float consists of a special magnet configuration that allows magnetic lines of force to react with roller / flags, which have tiny directional magnets inserted inside. The bi-colour of white and red indication rollers / flags represent air and liquid level respectively. A series of rollers / flags usually indicate the level from a distance. These are kept remote from the liquid and thus no leakage even if the roller / flag housing is damaged. This can be used for different ranges of temperature and pressures , high viscosity and strong corrosion. In addition, we can incorporate accessories like adjustable low and high level monitoring reed switches for pump control. Also series of reed switches can be added for 4-20 mA output for remote level monitor. Scale will be provided for accurate liquid reading. Also instead of bi-colour rollers, we can provide capsule for level indication.
