Syndanio Sheets

Syndanio sheets and parts made from it are used for thermal as well as electrical insulation. These sheets of Agni Fiber Boards Pvt Ltd, Vadodara, are available in various sizes, and are mainly used in foundries and furnaces. Segments of top and bottom for induction furnace are available in sizes: 4" x 3.5", 4" x 3", 4" x 2", 4" x 1", 3" x 2", 3" x 1", 2"x 2", 2" x 1" and 1" x 1". Various parts (tubes, spacers, etc) made from Syndanio sheets are available in thickness 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 38, 40, 50, 60 and 75 mm. Application in foundries: top plate and support blocks of high frequency furnace; heating element supports and spares; oven and furnace linings; as a core moulding and drying plate in foundries; flask liners; ladle covers; steel ladders; and insulating truck beds carrying billets.
