Agni Fiber Boards manufactures a range of non-metallic FRP Pultruded Fasteners. This includes: threaded rod, studs, hex bolts an nuts, manufactured using continuous pultrusion process. They are ideal for the all applications, which require fasteners that must be strong, non-corrosive and non-conductive or where metal fasteners are not permitted (antenna housing, RF products, etc). FRP pultruded fasteners are widely used as a replacement for steel or other metal fasteners in many industries. The FRP material is electrically insulated and also transparent to electromagnetic/RF waves and hence used for manufacturing radomes and mounts for antennas. Advantages of FRP pultruded fasteners: corrosion resistant, non-conductive (electrically insulating), transparent to electromagnetic waves, high-mechanical strength, low maintenance, easy to fabricate.
