The company specialises in machining of all metals, viz., various grades of steel, including maraging steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, brass, copper, etc. It also manufactures and supplies high precision mechanical and time mechanical fuses, etc., regularly to the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for various ammunition systems. Its state-of-the-art facilities include a series of latest technology CNC machines, vertical machining centre, drill tap centre and other machines with advanced technology, and a world class clean room for the assembly of systems. The company also has a full-fledged and well-equipped quality audit section including CNC 3D CMM, 2D CMM, vision measuring machine, etc., and follow stringent quality control to ensure consistency in quality, maintaining an accuracy of up to 10 microns. Test equipments to check functional requirements are available for stage checks and the final product; and a well-equipped laboratory for testing various types of materials required for production.
