In drawn sections, tolerances are as close as ?0.02 on both OD and ID, which not only reduces the weight of sections compared to extruded sections but gives superior finish also. The company also supplies drawn tubes with bend and swaged condition in superior finish. This reduces machining time and scrap. The tubes are supplied with close tolerances with no eccentricity and ovality as per specifications of application. The production range is from 1.0 mm OD to 100.00 mm OD and thickness ranging from 0.10 to 17.00 mm. The company can develop special sizes/profiles applications according to drawing and critical requirement, so that proper cutting, chamfering, threading, and punching can be done; and supplied in small cut length also. It can supply aluminium drawn tubes/sections/profile rods/typical sections in different alloys as per critical applications, like 1050, 1070, 1100 F, 2012, 3100, 3103, 5052, 6061, 6063, 6351, 6082, etc.
