In drawn tubes, tolerances are as close as ±. 03 on both OD and ID, which not only reduce the weight of the tube compared to extruded rods/tubes, but gives superior finish also. By using the tubes one can save time, money and can improve delivery for automotive industry. The production ranges from 1.0 mm OD to 100.00 OD and thickness ranging from 10 to 17 mm. Particular for turned component industries, special alloy and sizes are offered, so that proper cutting, chamfering, threading, and flaring can be done. The properties of these rods/tubes are good brazing quality, and close tolerance on dimension, straightness, twist and corner radius.
