Slide Gate

Maschinen Fabrik (India) – (MFI) offers manual Slide Gate, used to control flow of bulk material. This features simple rugged MS or SS fabricated construction with ends flanged for fitment with standard feeder or hopper ends. Slide plate travels over life lubricated sealed bearings on steel guides, and double start heat-treated C-40 drive spindles, and bronze nut is located on the slide plate. Hand wheel, or a chain sprocket can operate the slide gates manually. Drives with geared motors or pneumatic cylinders, can also be provided, optionally. A total of 8 models from 100-600 mm square are available. MFI is an Indian company having German technical collaboration to manufacture reliable industrial equipment for material handling and specialised conveyors, conforming to international standards. The activities include design, engineering, manufacture, testing, supply, erection and commissioning of this equipment.
