All Industrial Speciality Labels are made on durable industrial grade plastic film with 3M high performances adhesive. The company provides range of danger signs, safety labels and warning sign with a variety of legends and sizes, which are of excellent quality and durable in nature.
- Adhesive backed Polycarbonate labels have been designed to comply with ANSI Z535.4 2002 & 2007 product safety label standards.
- Labels are screen printed with UV resistant inks on second surface of Polyester / Polycarbonate to ensure a high degree of chemical, abrasion and heat resistance.
- 3M make High performance adhesive is used to give the labels excellent adhesive property for long life on Machines.
- Printed Image: Printed image is sealed between 2 layers of Polycarbonate and adhesive, which offer superior chemical, abrasion and temperature resistance compared to vinyl labels. Image is screen printed using UV resistant links. Printing is wash proof, scratch & fade resistant.
- Adhesive: 3M make high performance aggressive solvent based acrylic adhesive with excellent adhesion properties on a broad base of application substrates such as stainless steel, acrylic, glass, coated metals and plastics.
- Most machinery safety labels are as per guidelines of ANSI Z535.4, ISO and CE standards.
- Some specific safety labels are as per guidelines with
CEMA.
