Aster Graphic Systems offers Scales and Rulers. AGS flexiScales are made from dimensionally stable Polyester film, resistant to expansion or contraction due to changes in temperature or humidity. These laminated scale rulers are of thin gauge. The calibration markings are in level with the objects being measured. This minimizes parallax problem to give more accurate and reliable measurements. These rulers are available in different combinations of standard measures in Fractional Inch 1/8”, Decimal Inch 1/10” and millimetres. The hairline increments are marked to read the measure. To hold the measurements, it can be marked with soft pencil, or a marker pen, which can be erased later. The thin gauge material is flexible enough to wrap around any curved surface. It permits undistorted measurements of flat, round, convex, concave, cylindrical, spiral and other irregular curved objects. The polyester base material is laminated, thus the graduation markings are sandwiched between two layers. After prolonged usage the ruler may get dirty that can be cleaned with Petrol or CTC. AGS Scales are very useful to Engineers and other professionals, for work where fine detail measurements are involved.
