Pump Logger

Gayathiri Computer Solutions' pump logger is a data acquisition system which monitors and captures the pump performance parameters like flow rate, delivery pressure, suction pressure, voltage, current, power, frequency, speed and power factor. This system is useful for pump manufacturers, process industries and pump stations. The system monitors the pump efficiency continuously and generates necessary reports. Pump logger is designed for appropriate customer specifications of power, flow and pressure range. This is incorporated with GCS advanced pump testing software, which captures the pump performance data from the pump logger automatically. This software produces pump performance graph and test report with IS/ISO acceptable norms. Features of GCS pump testing software: auto scale utility in the graph and also adjustable by user; multiple grid size options in graph; multi unit option for the parameter; graph trend line can be smoothened by the user (drag & drop); parameter values at any point in the graph can be viewed by mouse click; duty point indication and also views suitability of different duty parameter; type wise, variation, maximum and minimum reports for customer specified date and models; performance comparison of seven different pumps (up to 7 pumps) in a single graph; easy A-4 documentation, compact vertical view of test report and graph; easy storage and retrial of pump test data; and pump efficiency and motor efficiency can be viewed in a single graph.
