Nippon Technologies has introduced Nippon 1016?, a state-of-the-art microprocessor based process scanner. This accepts a wide range of inputs like PT 100 (RTD 2 and 3 wire), PT 1000, thermocouples (J, K, R, S and T), 4 to 20 mA and any non-linear signal. The scanner is EPROM linearised, which gives an accuracy of ?1?C or ? least count. Auto calibration mode allows calibration from front keys. The design is for 16 channels with skip and hold facility. Print mode helps to select printer type and print interval. Nippon 1016? has non-volatile memory of last 600 readings. The data retention is for 10 years in case of power failure. The DIN size of 96 mm (H) x 192 mm (W) plastic case, elegant soft-touch membrane keys, modular design, excellent accuracy and reliability, H/L alarms, 90-260 V AC sturdy power supply, RS 232 - RS 485 interface, traceability to ISO 9000 standards makes it universal choice for chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals, food industries, HVAC, winding temperature, power plants and furnace industries.
