The Boiler Components Mfg Co is a Fabricator of Studded Boiler Tubes. This fabrication of studded boiler tubes and coils is done using complex electronic techniques. Studded tubes are used in soda ash recovery boilers and fluidised bed combustion boilers to improve heat transfer and minimise erosion due to ash and direct impeachment of coal. The company has fabricated studded tubes and coils for Hindustan Polymers (a division of McDowel & Co Ltd) for their BHEL fluidised bed combustion boiler and also for other chemical plants under 3rd party inspection.
