The Boiler Components Mfg Co offers coiled-tube type Tube Economizer. The company fabricates tube economizers for boilers using high grade ERW and seamless tubes. In case of cast iron gilled tubes, fins of graded casting are used. IBR or 3rd party inspection is undertaken. The range of tube economizers includes CI gilled tube economizers, MS square tube economizers, round gilled tube economizers, coiled-tube type economizers, finned tube economizers and horizontal finned tube economizers. The company offers coiled-tube type economizers, which are mostly used in thermal power plants and large processing units. These are very efficient in recovering the heat from gases and occupy very little space as compared to gilled tube type economizers. These coiled-tube type economizers are fabricated out of carbon steel seamless and ERW tubes as per customers' drawing or specifications or tailor made as per the requirement of the party on the basis of boiler and flue gas data provided. These are fabricated under the direct supervision of qualified and experienced engineers. IBR or 3rd party inspection is undertaken.
