Double Hand Safety Systems

Face Automation offers Double Hand Safety Systems. These have a unique design to bring safety for power presses. These are more suitable for key/ rolling key/ mechanical power presses where it is highly accident-prone during busy production schedules on the machine. This safety system gives a zero accident machine in the factory. They are also proven to give more productivity when it is practically installed on the machine. The safety systems are having electronic controls that activate a pneumatic system though which the activation of the press is being done effortlessly. The system consists of a control panel, two hand operated switches, one foot pedal switch and a pneumatic cylinder with a control valve. Features: Safety foot switch continuous mode; Safety foot switch stroke mode; Safety double hand switch stroke mode; Safety isolation mode, for maintenance purpose. They are used to provide safety in power presses, other machines where similar safety is required and it can be used as control circuit in many applications since it is readily available of the shelf.
