This equipment completely avoids the possibilities of defective surface coating and passivation that arise out of incomplete removal of water particles from the components. The components are processed by hanging them in jigs and fitted in a fixture inside the machine. The machine rotates at predetermined speed and gradually dries the components through hot air blowing which is done systematically. The machine reduces fatigue to the workmen and avoids wastage of costlier passivation chemicals.
