Jeltron Systems (I) Pvt Ltd has indigenously manufactured an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD), Model CECS. The ARD plays a pivotal role in providing great relief for the trapped passengers in an elevator in case of a power failure. In the event of a power failure during normal operation, an elevator may stop in between floors. Jeltron's electronically operated ARD senses the position of the car struck in between floors and moves it to the nearest floor in the most economical direction (least current direction) and completes the rescue by opening the doors at the floor level (in auto door models).
