Machine House, a pioneer in the field of Anti Vibration Technology since the last 20 years, offers world class vibration isolation insulation in collaboration with M/s Bilz Vibration Technology AG, Germany. Surrounding vibration on CMM is insulated by high efficiency Membrane Air Springs. The level controller (mechanical pneumatic valves) will maintain a level accuracy of ±1/100 mm automatically even while the loading may change. Membrane air spring insulator – Bi Air has a wide range of applications in vibration sensitive measuring and testing machine, laser scales, optical, electronic as well as medical equipment. Another range of application is the vibration-insulated foundation of vehicle motors and other performance testers. Available in nine different sizes, Bi Air 0.15 to 5 ED and load in the range of 65 kg/piece to 15500 kg/piece. It is not required to make an isolated foundation if Bi-Air membrane air spring is used for installation of CMM.
