Zinc Metal Spray

Promtech Chemicals offers Zinc Metal Spray. It is a product for cold galvanizing, an excellent anti-corrosion metallic zinc coating. It is the best anti-corrosive treatment for mild steel, weld joints, MS fabrication and Touch-up for damaged/scratched galvanised steel structures. Features: contains very finely powdered zinc metal blended with modified epoxy resin; deposits zinc metal on surface; offers ultimate corrosion resistance to the substrate; and corrosion protection offered is comparable to hot dip galvanizing. Advantages: offered in user friendly CFC free 400 ml self spray aerosol cans; can be used with minimum operating skills; almost instant drying to semi bright finish; single coat spray offers 15-20 microns coating; best for use at site touch-up coating; offers prolonged corrosion protection; allows spot welding, seals off weld spots and weld joints; and serves as the best under coat/primer. Recommended applications: Galvanized iron sheets, angles, channels, pipes, poles, tubes and fabrication, electric transmission towers and poles, fabricated mild steel components, fasteners, castings and forgings, chemical and petrochemical pipe lines, flanges, bridges, dams, heavy structures, etc. Also touch-up coat for poorly zinc phosphated area in pre-treatment plants, air conditioning equipments, ducting, cable trays, etc.
