Waterproofing paint

Mumbai-based Ahura Consultants offers Phenocoat (white), a high quality, chlorinated rubber-waterproofing paint having outstanding properties and long life in outdoor conditions of at least 7 to 8 years. It is permanently fungus?proof and highly resistant to UV rays in sunlight, rainwater and polluting chemicals in the atmosphere. It has a further advantage that it can be tinted to any shade, using standard paint stainers, commonly available in liquid form in the market. Therefore it can be used, not only as a waterproofing paint, but also as a decorative finishing coat, thereby effecting considerable economy. Two coats of this paint over any firm masonry surfaces such as walls, parapets or terraces will serve both as a waterproofing coating, as well as a decorative paint. Leaking bathroom slabs can also be effectively water?proofed with this material. On smooth surfaces, it has coverage of 80 sq ft per litre per coat. Two coats are recommended.
