Associated Plasmatron offers Thermal Spray Coatings. It makes an ideal choice under demanding service conditions faced by various pump components. Food grain grade coatings are also available. Maximum hardness of the coatings achievable is 75 HRc and because of very high impact velocity, the coating exhibits very low porosity. The coatings can be applied on new jobs, old worn out jobs or on previously coated jobs.
