Tablet Coating Spray Gun (Compact Model)

Siddharth coating gun is the most portable and widely chosen model for coating application because of its compact size. It is extensively used for tablet coating among other processes and in food industry. Design features include an independent air connection for cone air. Here the angle can be varied from 20?-30?. The atomisation also can be varied from coarse to fine by decreasing or increasing the air pressure. The fan air connection ensures a wide coverage with a maximum angle of 100? when the air pressure is increased. Decreasing the air pressure results in the formation of a round jet with 20? spray angle. Both the flat jet and round jet can be controlled from the outside. The liquid connection is equipped with a regulating screw that ensures accurate metering of the liquid to be set to any desired position. An independent auto shut off connection activates the auto shut off needle thus preventing post dropping. Liquid insert orifice size ranges from sizes ? 0.5-2.5 mm. The spray is based on external mixing principles. The liquid is fed by suction, gravity or pressure principles. The body of the nozzle is machined from SS316 with a chrome plated brass air cap for fan jet atomisation. All other wetted parts are machined from SS316 with PTFE gaskets and Viton seals.
