Sai Surface Coating Technologies offers Plasma Spray Process in which a flow of gas (usually argon-based) is introduced between a water cooled copper anode and a tungsten cathode. A DC arc is passed through this & ionized to form plasma and this plasma heats the powder coating to a molten state. The compressed gas propels the material to the workpiece at high speeds.
