Electro Conductive Fluoropolymer Coatings

Fluoro Tech offers Electro Conductive Fluoropolymer Coating. Highlights include service temperature up to 500°F (260°C); highest chemical resistance; and uniform removal of static electricity. This has a special white colour electro conductive encapsulated perfluoro alkyl-powder especially for food processing, pharma manufacturing processes, and chemical tanks for flammable organic solvents. Chemical and pharma industry manufacturing process involves use of ingredients and unit operations, which may result in electric charge generation. Since polymer coating is an electrical insulator, this charge accumulates on the surface of equipment and this may lead to failure of coating or ignite combustible mixture in the equipment. This material has got better electrical conductance with no compromise on chemical resistance. Equipment coated with this material will facilitate removal of charge from every point on surface.
