Surface Finishing Equipment Company offers Down Draft Type Spray Booth. The Down Draft (the direction of flow of air is towards the floor of spray booth) Paint spray Booth is suitable for conventional, air-less and electrostatic spray painting. Down Draft Type Spray Booth consists of painting chamber, inlet air filter, paint trap filter, axial flow fan, electric motor, duct and canopy, etc. The intake air is sucked into the room by the extraction modules located on the side walls. The fresh air enters into the system from the top of the booth passing through two stage filters. The downdraft action allows air to flow downward thereby washing the operator and the job for better visibility to the operator. Simultaneously the exhaust air system sucks the suspended paint particles and fumes from the booth. The health and explosion hazardous paint fume particles are sucked by partial vacuum created by exhaust fan through filters. Thus air discharge into the atmosphere is clean.
