AUTOMATIC CAPACITORS SPRAYING SYSTEM

Metallizing Equipment offers Automatic Capacitors Spraying System, Model 95/400 ED. It is used by capacitor manufacturers for zinc coating on capacitors end to link up the electrodes and provide a surface for attaching the terminals. The system is designed for high volume of production with uniform coating thickness to economise the coating cost. The spray angle can be adjusted initially and preset during the process. The RPM of the turn table can be adjusted to synchronise with the reciprocation speed of arc spraying gun for coating uniform thickness on the capacitors. An interlock is provided between motorised turn table and gun reciprocation arrangement to avoid over spray. The dust and fumes generated during the spraying are taken care by well-designed wet dust collector to provide clean and dust free working atmosphere. It is with pump system fitted with venturies, spray nozzles and baffles to reduce emission level. The interior of the wet dust collector is zinc sprayed to prevent rusting.
