Sai Surface Coating Technologies offers Air Plasma Spray Coating. It is process in which the metal substrate is coated with ceramic giving it a smooth protective layer. This includes air plasma spraying (ASP) particles of the ceramic coating at a pre-selected particle with velocity of about 500 meters per second. The size of ceramic particles is less than 50 microns and roughness is not more than 200 micro-inches.
