Innovative Coating Industries offers a range of private label Aerosol Spray Paints. These are used for repainting/salvaging and annual maintenance of structural fabrications, factory trusses, factory steel buildings, chimneys, exhaust systems, pipelines, steam and water transport lines, tank farms, solar panels, wind farms, off-shore constructions, power plants and PTD equipment, transformers, mild steel fences and all such mild steel fabrications in any chemical, fertiliser, petro-chemical, pharma, cement, steel, paper, insecticides and pesticides manufacturing plants. This will very substantially enhance the life of the plant/equipment, mild steel and stainless steel fabricated structures, PEBs, and offer satisfactory protection against atmospheric corrosion. These products will also be found quite useful in marine, saline chemical acidic atmospheres. The recommended products/the process sequence to be used is as under:

• Zinkote 20 GP and Premium grade offered for cold galvanising of all MS and GI fabricated structures for repairs, rework, scratched and damaged surfaces, extremely user friendly products
  aerosol paints in several colour shades for powder coating touch up applications
• Rustogel 1406 – as effective rust removing gel for cleaning and derusting of all old rusted MS fabrications, factory trusses, structural frameworks, chimneys, pipelines, silos, tank farms, transmission towers, building and repairs and in all infra and EPC, oil and gas projects, etc
• Rustofix 1411 rust converter – an outstanding performance product for MS fabrications, works as rust converter, rust preventive and an excellent primer
• Britoss spray – SS 304 pickling and passivation chemicals – used for weld cleaning and weld brightening of SS 304 and 316L chemical process plants and equipment; every SS fabricated components
• Instantly removes black welding spots, burning marks from SS fabrications
• Conforms to IS 10117 and ASTM A 380 specs
• RoHS compliant, user friendly – very safe to workmen and operators
• Available for brush and dip applications for cleaning vertical, horizontal and small SS parts
