Innovative Coating Industries offers Rust Converter, RUSTOFIX – 1411. Rust Converter is a solution for Rusted Mild Steel Fabrications. RUSTOFIX 1411 is one of the novel innovation incorporating the latest technology in the field of corrosion prevention & protection of metals and can be used as a primer for rusted surfaces. RUSTOFIX 1411 is most ideally suited for the pretreatment of rusted ferrous components. RUSTOFIX 1411 treatment requires very little surface preparation, it is very easy to work with and it is non- toxic . The Rust converted surface can then be painted or Lacquered. RUSTOFIX 1411 reacts with the loose and adherent rust on the metal surface and converts the rust into a very inert & adherent organo-metallic coating with the help of Chelating (Complexing) Agents and additives. The treated surface touch dries in 15 minutes and hard dries in 24 hours.
