Ceramic Material

The Ceramic Material is a range of high performance and multi-function material. This starts from the synthesis of powder materials to forming sintering and final processing of the products, all on one constant production line. The products of fine ceramics include alumina (Al2O3), zirconia (ZrO2), silicon nitride (Si3N4) and silicon carbide (SiC). Outstanding functions and characteristics: zirconia ceramics - ceramic alloy, high strength and fracture toughness (industrial standard), excellent abrasive wear resistance and cavitations resistance, extremely smooth surface and very low coefficient of friction; modulus of elasticity and thermal expansion coefficient similar to steel, good corrosion resistance and chemical reliability, oxygen ion conductivity; alumina ceramics - superior electrical insulation, abrasion resistance; silicon carbide, silicon nitride - extraordinary hardness, abrasion resistance, high temperature strength, high thermal conductivity (sic); and ceramic coating - fine coating achieved by advanced plasma spraying technology, various coating materials according to different usage.
