The Gas Detector, HICT-1002 is specifically designed to detect Methane or Carbon Monoxide in telecommunication "vaults". This model is very selective to the targeted gases. However, high density of Alcohol vapor (6,600 ppm) and Isobutane vapor (3,900 ppm) can trip the alarm also.
- Input power: 12V to 48V DC
- Power usage: 4.0 Watts at no alarm state; 6.0 Watts at alarm state
- Alarm indicators: dry contact SPDT (5A, 250V) with Red and Yellow LED on enclosure
- Separate supervisory relays to verify presence of input power
- Gas detected: methane and carbon monoxide
- Alarm setting: 20% LEL of methane and 100ppm of carbon monoxide
- Calibration interval: 4 years
- Hydrogen or Propane detection
- Two separate sensors with separate alarm LEDs
- 5 year limited warranty
- 4 Year calibration intervals
- Each detector covers 10,000 cubic feet
